At La boutique de Margaux, we want you to be completely enamored with your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to their delicate nature, certain handcrafted ceramics and custom textiles may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully wrap your home goods in their original protective padding and box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
